Career Transition Partnership
Service Leavers are eligible for Career Transition Partnership (CTP) support from two years before discharge; to two years after discharge. RFEA provides the employment service within the CTP for all Service Leavers. RFEA also delivers resettlement pathways for Wounded Injured and Sick (WIS) and Early Service Leavers (ESL).
The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) is the partnering agreement between the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and Right Management, global career development and outplacement specialists. CTP provides resettlement services to those leaving the British Armed Forces and making the transition from military to civilian life.
RFEA The Forces Employment Charity delivers employment services within the CTP. It also delivers resettlement pathways for the Wounded Injured and Sick through CTP Assist and Early Service Leavers through CTP Future Horizons. RFEA has four teams delivering for the CTP:
- Employer Relationship Team working in partnership with employers to generate job vacancies
- Central Support Team contacting Service Leavers throughout transition and providing employment support by phone.
- CTP Future Horizons Team delivering employment support to Early Service Leavers and individuals identified as ‘at risk’.
- CTP Assist Team delivering personalised support to Wounded Injured and Sick Service Leavers.
