Our senior management
RFEA’s operations are managed by a Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer (who is also Head of Veterans’ Services) and the Head of CTP Employment. They are supported by a Head of Business Support, Head of Finance and operational team managers.
Stephen Gledhill has been CEO of the RFEA since 2008 following a career in the British Army. He led the development of Future Horizons, extending the MOD’s transition support to those who have left the armed forces early. He was a key part of the development of the Recovery Career Service delivered by a coalition of charities which also led to the MOD including this specialist service as part of transition as CTP Assist. Stephen left the army in 2008 as a Brigadier.
Chloe Mackay has responsibility for delivery of Veterans’ Services and the funding and marketing to support that delivery. She joined the RFEA in 2016 from the cancer charity sector following roles as Head of Strategy at Macmillan and Breast Cancer Now. Before the charity sector she was a Management Consultant and worked for ten years for PriceWaterhouse Coopers and IBM.
Adrian Peters is responsible for the delivery of RFEA’s services to the CTP Contract. He works closely with Right Management and the MOD. Adrian joined the RFEA in 2010 and was Head of the Recovery Careers Service. He has also worked for the Officers Association in Scotland following a career in the British Army.
