Ex-military personnel and Service leavers are one of the largest sources of talented potential employees in the country. Through our role as the employment arm of the Career Transition Partnership (CTP), we offer companies a no-cost, high-quality recruitment service through which they can access motivated, highly qualified Service leavers and ex-Forces who will bring real value to your business.
In 2014 we generated over 68,000 specially selected vacancies across a variety of industries including: oil and gas, IT, security, telecommunications, renewable energy, construction, logistics, engineering and healthcare.
Our work with employers
As part of CTP, we have experience working with 1,000s of employers ranging from the largest multi-national companies to local and regional subject matter experts (SMEs). This means we can provide a tailored and responsive service, providing access to large numbers of service leaver and ex-Forces potential candidates. Within CTP, we have a national Key Accounts capability and a team of regionally based Employment Relationship Managers that can support your recruitment needs.
Access to Service leavers
RFEA use the CTP’s online vacancy database, RightJob. This service, which is easy to use and free of charge, provides you with a personalised service, tailored to your recruitment needs and promoting your organisation and job vacancies to our clientbase of over 20,000 Service leavers and ex-Forces personnel who are actively seeking jobs.
